Terms and Conditions

1. Personal data collected will be not transferred to third parties (including ASN its affiliates) for marketing promotions, without the consent of the user (opt-in).

2. In the event of any dispute, the decision of ASN shall be final and conclusive.

3. Only for those who successfully answer the question is eligible to enter the lucky draw.

4. ASN Channel has the final decision upon any disputes regarding the lucky draw and reserves the right to cancel or amend the lucky draw, or these T&C at any time without prior notice.

5. Each subscriber will be entitled to one entry to the lucky draw from each successful subscription.

6. ASN shall accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any subscriber entering the lucky draw or as a result of accepting any prize.

7. ASN is not responsible for any event of Force Majeure related to or resulting from participating in the lucky Draw.

8. Subscribers agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against ASN Channel from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

9. Prize cannot be exchanged or converted into cash under any circumstances.
